By completing ANY transaction, you enter into a binding agreement with our company. Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback after receiving services constitutes theft by deception, wire fraud, and breach of contract under applicable federal and state laws.

All transactions are secured and recorded with:

  • IP and device tracking
  • Email verification and Google/Apple auth logs
  • Timestamps for login, usage, and delivery
  • Full compliance logs with anti-fraud systems (Radar, Ethoca, Verifi)

If you initiate a false claim:

  • We will pursue immediate civil litigation for recovery of damages
  • All evidence will be submitted to your card issuer and relevant authorities
  • Your data may be forwarded to federal fraud units, cybercrime divisions, and international merchant protection agencies
  • You may be held liable for court fees, processing damages, and investigative costs

4. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Payments, Refunds & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We accept Stripe, Cryptocurrency, and other methods as listed. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final except in cases of non-delivery or technical error on our part. Unused balance may be refunded at our discretion, minus any applicable fees.
We reserve the right to set, adjust, and modify all prices, fees, markups, bonuses, and offers at any time. Continued use after any price change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.


Service delivery times and refill performance are approximate and not guaranteed. GhostBoost.org reserves the right to deny refunds in the event of delayed starts, follower drops, or algorithm-based removals by third-party platforms.


6. Service Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by changes or restrictions on third-party platforms. We may modify, pause, or discontinue any service at any time.

7. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any social media platform’s terms, rules, or guidelines
  • Use GhostBoost.org for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
  • Use bots, scripts, or other automated means unless officially permitted
  • Attempt to access non-public areas or disrupt service
  • Submit illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
  • Resell or exploit the services commercially without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, and code are the property of GhostBoost.org. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

GhostBoost.org is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or results of our services, and disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Inactive accounts over 12 months, or terminated accounts, may forfeit any remaining balance at our discretion.

Your use of GhostBoost.org is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to our data practices.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

16. No Guarantee of Results

All SMM services are provided for entertainment/promotional purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, increase in sales, popularity, business growth, or account safety. Your results may vary.

17. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any user for any reason, including suspected abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or behavior harmful to the platform.

18. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Activity

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension or ban. We may pursue legal action and share your information with fraud prevention networks if warranted.

19. User Content & Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable platform rules. We are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or account removals resulting from your actions.

20. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to outages, third-party interruptions, acts of God, or government action.

21. No Partnership or Endorsement

Your use of GhostBoost.org does not create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. Our services are not endorsed or affiliated with any social media platform or brand.

22. Non-Transferability

Your account and credits are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or balance.

23. Severability

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

24. Waiver

No waiver of any term is deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GhostBoost.org regarding your use of the site and services.

26. Abuse and Misuse Policy

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who engages in abuse or misuse, including exploiting bugs, hacking, spamming, or any inconsistent use. Violations may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of credits, and/or legal action.

27. Affiliate/Third Party Services

GhostBoost.org may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party sites or services.
